Tasting note

Dark gold in colour. Intense nose of sweet vanilla, floral, hints of banana, figs, rich toffee, new leather and oak. Initially soft, then brisk dry and peppery, a touch of smoke, oak, lime, ginger and spices. Long finish that is warming, dry and spicy.
