Tasting note
Rounded, fruity white from south-west France, perfumed with lime blossom, the soft flavours of tropical fruit - pineapple, guava - given shape and definition by a tangy wash of grapefruit.
Viticulture
Tawny sands and boulbènes bring together alluvium and clay soils. With an oceanic and temperate climate, the Gers is in a privileged area with a great balance between sun, rain and cool temperatures.
Food Match
This easy-going white wine is best enjoyed well chilled as an aperitif with starters such as stuffed avocado, or with brochettes, shrimp salad, cheese, and desserts such as mango carpaccio
