Tasting note
Radiant ruby-red with hints of purple. The bouquet presents a range of aromas, with fruit taking center stage. Abundant blueberry aromas are complemented by balsamic and minty notes. The fruit's fragrance exudes a delightful crispness. On the palate, Lamaione exhibits an appealing tannic entrance. Its alcohol and freshness achieve a harmonious equilibrium.
Vinification
Grapes are meticulously chosen and hand-picked into crates, then, destemming and manual sorting. Controlled-temperature fermentation in steel vats with three weeks' skin maceration. Matured for 24 months in 80% new French oak barriques, then another year in the bottle.
