Graceful and delicately pale, this coastal rosé is made from Syrah and Vermentino grown in the seaside vineyards of Maremma. Fragrant aromas of ripe pear, white peach, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit lead to a crisp, dry palate with vibrant citrus, subtle minerality and a long, refreshing finish.

Viticulture
The grapes are grown in the coastal vineyards of Maremma, where abundant sunshine, cooling sea breezes and well-drained soils create ideal conditions for slow, balanced ripening. The Mediterranean climate preserves freshness and aromatic intensity, producing fruit with vibrant character, elegance and natural balance.
Vinification
Syrah and Vermentino grapes are harvested in the cool of the morning and gently pressed to preserve their delicate aromas and pale colour. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a short period on fine lees to enhance texture while retaining freshness, purity and vibrant fruit.
