Tasting note
Coastal, with sea influence and marine breezes that mitigate the hot temperatures of this area. Scents of citrus and tropical fruits, for a fresh, elegant and seductive expression.
Viticulture
The grapes are harvested near the Tuscan coast and rushed to the cellar to protect the fruit.
Vinification
Whole-bunch pressing in an oxygen-free environment is exceptionally soft and gentle. After 12 hours of cold decanting, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures strictly below 19°C. It then matures on its fine lees for a few months before bottling to build subtle texture.
