Tasting note
Light in colour with vibrant aromas of red fruit. The palate is fresh, juicy, bursting with fruit-forward flavours, offering a lively and approachable style that’s both inviting and easy to enjoy.
Viticulture
This Rosé is crafted from a combination of mostly bush vine and trellised vines, with a wide range of ages across them. The diverse terroirs they call home impart distinct characters to the wine, weaving together a tapestry of flavours that reflect the land’s richness.
Vinification
The grapes were destemmed and crushed with no skin contact, allowing for only a brief interaction. The juice was settled in tank before fermentation in stainless steel, using carefully chosen yeast strains to enhance its character. After blending, the wine rested on its lees for six months, allowing time for depth and complexity to develop before bottling.
