Tasting note
Elegant and expressive, with aromas of ripe strawberries and lemon zest. A crisp acidity balances perfectly with a touch of sweetness, leading to a refined, refreshing finish.
Viticulture
The growing season saw below-average rainfall and warmer conditions, with several heatwave spikes. While challenging for later-ripening varieties, the season delivered excellent quality for early cultivars, producing fruit with vibrant flavour and balanced acidity.
Vinification
Whole bunches were gently pressed into a settling tank before fermentation in stainless steel. After blending, the wine was kept on the lees for several months and aged for 12 to 18 months in bottle before release.
