Viticulture
Sourced from the Finca La Colección, Cafayete Valley. At more than 1,700m above sea level, the surprisingly broad temperature range generates marked contrasts between the warm days and cold nights, allowing for the development of ripe berries
Vinification
Aged in French oak for 15 months and a further 6 months in bottle before release.
Food Match
Delicious with slow cooked beef empanadas, slow-cooked beef ribs and pork belly, not forgetting the classic pairing of prime steak with a peppercorn sauce.
