Tasting note
Our 2023 Pinot Noir offers a bright bouquet of Bing and dark cherry and ripe strawberry underscored by subtle hints of toasted oak and vanilla. The mouthfeel is silky with delicate notes of raspberry and a touch of earthiness on the long finish.
Viticulture
Post fermentation, the wine was aged to add complexity and balance.
Vinification
We harvested the grapes for this wine at optimum ripeness, then used warm fermentation 88°-92°F to create intense flavor concentration, rich color and velvety tannins.
