Tasting note
Red fruits, cherry, blackberry, strawberry and pomegranate on the nose. Fresh and supple with a silky texture on the palate. Soft and almost imperceptible tannins. Spicy finish with accents of white pepper and a touch of mineral earthiness.

Viticulture
Clay-limestone soil, slightly silty.
Vinification
Long maceration (85% destemmed). Matured on fine lees during 1 year in stainless steel tanks in order to save the freshness and the fruity taste of this grape variety.
