Viticulture
Planted on clay and limestone soil at a density of 10,000 vines per ha. The vines were planted in 1961 on 0.541ha. The vines are East-South-East facing and the altitude is 235m.
Vinification
Hand harvested on 06/09/18, followed by careful sorting. The wine were then aged in 25% new oak barrels and bottled on 25/11/19.
Food Match
Pairs excellently with beef but also chicken, turkey and cheeses.
