Tasting note
This is an exceptionally complete and balanced wine for such an affordable bottle. Cunningly crafted of Picpoul and Sauvignon Blanc, the former provides terroir complexity and texture, while the latter a juicy, gooseberry lift.
Vinification
Harvested at night. Direct pressing without breaking up the press-cake. Cold racking must and fermentation at low temperature (18°C). Grape varieties vinified separately and blended before bottling.
Food Match
Ideal as an aperitif but it is also the perfect partner to Seafood, grilled fish and fresh salad.
