Tasting note
A fruity yet fresh southern French white perfumed with white flowers, followed my a mouthful of peaches and apricots.
Vinification
Vinification : Early maturity in order to keep freshness ; night harvest each grapes separately ; total destemming of the grapes ; direct pressing (pneumatic), protection of the must with CO2 and cold settling (4 to 6°C) ; cold temperature for fermentation (12-15°C). Early bottling.
Food Match
Ideal as an aperitif but it is also the perfect partner to Seafood, grilled fish and fresh salad.
