Tasting note
A rich, sweet white with flowers on the nose and citrus and exotic fruits onto the tongue.
Vineyard
The vineyard covers an area of 185 hectares, with a diversi cation inspired by our thirst for understanding and trying new things, but also by the many terroirs that exist in the region. These terroirs are ideally located at the crossroads of the Agly terraces, straddling the villages of Rivesaltes and Salses-le-Château.
Vinification
Direct pressing and fermentation at 18°C immediately after settling. Fortification in the liquid phase midway through fermentation. Bottled within 6 months of harvest and stored in a climate-controlled cellar.
Food Match
Blue cheese, white fruit and vanilla desserts.
