Tasting note
Charming, aromatic dry white wine, the nose like a bouquet of white flowers, the mouth a basket of pears and peaches, with a final refreshing wash of grapefruit.
Viticulture
Sandy-silty terroir and clay-limestone with some schist as well as siliceous pebble. Soil perfectly suited for the production of high quality wines
Vinification
Harvested by machine during the night as the cool temperatures preserve all the aromas of the grapes. Direct pressing, settling of the juice and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C.

Enjoy with dinner, Summer evenings, With friends. Great with asparagus, salads with citrus, fish and seafood in sauce
