Tasting note
Vibrant aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and violet, leading into a full-bodied, well-balanced palate marked by ripe plum fruit, gentle baking spices, and silky tannins with a subtle French oak structure.
Vinification
Crafted from hand-harvested, organically grown Uco Valley grapes, undergoing a 48-hour cold maceration before temperature-controlled tank fermentation, extended post-ferment skin contact, full malolactic fermentation, and 10 months of aging in French oak barrels.

It pairs exceptionally well with grilled ribeye steak, slow-roasted lamb, or hearty mushroom stew, as its bold dark fruit and velvety tannins cut through rich meats and earthy savoury flavours.
