Our vineyards are nestled in the Uco Valley, at the foothills of the Andes, soaring to an elevation of 1,200 meters (3,937 feet). The region's natural aridity and phylloxera-resistant sandy soils made organic farming at Domaine Bousquet not just possible, but the smartest choice from day one.
Viticulture
Our vineyards are in the Uco Valley at the foot of the Andes at 4,000 ft /1.200 mts altitude. Thanks to the dryness of the area and its phylloxera-resistant sandy soil, farming organically at Domaine Bousquet from day one was both possible and smart.
Vinification
Manual harvest in the morning for preserver of the fruit freshness Fermentation in stable tank at a maximum temperature of 15°C for 20 days.
