Tasting note
This is a late-release Dom Pérignon, having experienced extended bottle-ageing on the lees, prior to disgorgement. The longer lees maturation brings out fabulous richness and roundness of texture, while maintaining the wine's characteristic pinpoint focus. Sensational stuff!

Fantastic complexity and subtlety with light bread dough, lemon rind, spiced pear, aniseed and licorice on the nose. Full-bodied. Dense and silky textured. Ultra-fine bubbles. Flavourful and smooth finish. Drink and enjoy this late release.
