Tasting note
Deep red colour. Lifted aromatics dominated by cassis, eucalypt and mint. Concentrated palate displaying both Cabernet and Shiraz character. Earth, berry fruit and mint. Med bodied with chalky tannins.
Vinification
Crushing, destemming, pumpovers in ferment vessels. Small percentage in open fermenters with foottreading. Basket and screw pressing.
