Tasting note
This medium-to-full-bodied blend offers a perfumed nose of red forest berries, black olive and sweet baking spices, leading to a vibrant palate of plum and raspberry framed by integrated, velvety tannins and a savoury finish.
Vinification
Small batches of old-vine fruit are fermented separately in open fermenters, foot-trodden, basket-pressed, and matured on their lees for 20 months in a mix of new and used French oak barriques without racking, fining, or filtration.

The wine's bright fruit acidity and savoury, spiced profile make it a fantastic match for slow-roasted pork belly, a rich game stew, or a classic woodfired pepperoni pizza.
