Vinification
Made with pure water. The 19 botanicals at the heart of Citadelle's gins (including juniper, citrus peels, cardamom, coriander, cubeb, Sichuan pepper and violet) are hydrodistilled, then the hydrolat is blended with additional natural botanical extracts such as yuzu, mint, pine, cedar leaf and bitter orange. Less than 0.5% ABV.
