Tasting note
Bright reddish-purple in colour. Aromas of ripe blackberries and plums are mirrored in the flavors. A direct, Zinfandel-like fruitiness combined with Merlot-like soft tannins make it charmingly seductive.
Vineyard
From the estate's own vineyards, with soils typical of the Helvetian region: ancient in origin, calcareous-clayey with shades of pale gray and pink. Alternating layers also include siliceous sandstone, calcium carbonate, and iron.
Viticulture
Organically grown.
Vinification
Vinification in our cellars, using automatic temperature control and punching down techniques. Only stainless steel is used for this fresh, elegant, and fruity wine.
