Easy-drinking Merlot; ripe, approachable and stuffed with damsons, plums and other dark fruit.
Vinification
Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Bottled soon after MLF is complete to champion varietal character. Gentle extraction to ensure softness of tannin.
