Tasting note
Red and black fruits on the nose. A fresh and soft wine with very little tannin and a spicy final taste with notes of white pepper.
Viticulture
Clay-limestone soil, slightly silty.
Vinification
Long maceration (85% destemmed). Matured on fine lees during 1 year in stainless steel tanks in order to save the freshness and the fruity taste of this grape variety.
