Freshness and the fruity flavours on vine peach and pear, a slight salinity and lovely length on mouth.

Clay-limestone soil.
Vinification
It is matured in 4000L oak casks for 2 years. It is topped up (ouillé), which means that the barrel is full and that you can see the wine inside when you open it and that the wine is not in contact with the air. Therefore the freshness and the fruity flavors of the Savagnin are saved.
