Tasting note
Pale yellow color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with fragrances of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is smooth, round, crisp and mineral with a saline touch and a long aftertaste. Enjoy within the coming 3 years.
Viticulture
Round pebbles soil on the Mediterranean Coast terroir, at the heart of the Roussillon, South of France.
Vinification
After a 12-hour pre-fermentation maceration, the wine ferments naturally on its native yeasts and is then aged on its own lees for three months, developing texture and complexity.
