Tasting note
Pale yellow color. The nose is fresh and aromatic, with fragrances of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is smooth, round, crisp and mineral with a saline touch and a long aftertaste. Enjoy within the coming 3 years.

12 hours prefermenting maceration. The wine ferments on its native yeasts and will age on its own lees for 3 months.
