Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked, followed by a period of cold maceration, and then undergo alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.
Food Match
Sushi and sashimi will pair fantastically with this wine, as well as mussels, haddock or shellfish.
