Tasting note
Pink color, bright and pale. Nose of red fruits or strawberry and redcurrant. The mouth is wide with a nice volume and a fresh finish.
Vinification
Manual harvesting and sorting of the grapes. Skin maceration, then direct pressing. Fermentation at 15°C before blending. To drink in the year.
