Tasting note
Deep, vibrant ruby red with bright tints. Expressive nose of ripe red and black fruits such as blackberry, blackcurrant and bright cherry, accentuated by hints of toasted nuts or subtle spice. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, well-rounded and approachable. It balances juicy, ripe red fruit flavours with a smooth, silky texture and supple, firm tannins. Clean, fresh and harmonious with a lingering fruity persistence.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless-steel tank, at low temperature for a good development of fermentation and a good extraction of all of all tannins and aromas.
