Tasting note

The nose is complex and intense, expressing aromas of white-fleshed fruits complemented by notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is generous and marked by a pleasant salinity, offering a fine attack, well-integrated freshness, and a persistent aromatic finish.
Viticulture
Château Minuty extends over 200 hectares of vineyards with a privileged location on the hillsides of the villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and under the influence of the Mediterranean Sea.
Vinification
Minuty allow a brief skin-contact to extract the pale salmon colour before taking the free-run juice, cold pressing and fermenting in stainless steel tanks. The wine has no malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness.

Minuty recommend this as a match for seafood such as fleshy oysters, Madagascan prawns or shellfish and exotic or Asian dishes such as pad thai or Creole rougail stew.
