Tasting note
Crisp, juicy fruits are round and appetising on the palate, while a slight touch of sweetness tempers this vivacious vintage.
Viticulture
The grapes have all been grown with HEV certification (High Environmental Value) with specific ground cover based on soil type and exposure.
Vinification
Château Minuty is one of Provence's last vineyards to hand-pick grapes. This is followed by cold pressing and fermenting – with no malolactic fermentation.
Food Match
Serve with nibbles, tapas, dips, crackers, olives, wasabi peas and vegetable crisps. It also goes down a treat with classic salads, such as tomato and mozzarella or salade niçoise, and seafood including shellfish.
