Viticulture
Nestled in a coastal bay in Provence, the Léoube estate lies in Cap Bénat, one of Europe’s most beautiful protected sites. Spanning 560 hectares with 4km of Mediterranean coastline, it includes 70 hectares of vineyards and 22 of olive groves. Certified organic and HVE, all farming is done by hand with sustainable, artisanal care.
Vinification
Still rosé base wine created by direct press and alcoholic fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation with added organic rosé must. Certified Organic. Bright and innovative sparkling.
