Tasting note
There's a lovely freshness reminiscent of white fleshy fruit, that combines with the delicate red and dried fruits with a hint of spices. This is a drinkable and elegant style of rosé.
Viticulture
A selection of terroirs expressing the mineral character of Provence, fruit is hand harvested before being brought to the winery.
Vinification
Hand harvested, direct press, Natural yeast, full malolactic fermentation, 6 month on lees in stainless steel.
