Tasting note
A fresh, supple red with notes of red berries, currants and subtle hints of blonde tobacco. Abundant in fruit-driven qualities, this silky red has a gentle acidity and beautiful ripe tannins.
Viticulture
Nestled in a coastal bay in Provence, the Léoube estate lies in Cap Bénat, one of Europe’s most beautiful protected sites. Spanning 560 hectares with 4km of Mediterranean coastline, it includes 70 hectares of vineyards and 22 of olive groves. Certified organic and HVE, all farming is done by hand with sustainable, artisanal care.
Vinification
Vinified in cool, thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, the wine rests on fine lees for up to four months, allowing enhanced texture and complexity. It undergoes natural clarification with minimal fining.
Food Match
The rouge pairs perfectly with Charcuterie, antipasti, gazpacho, red meats and cheese boards.
