Viticulture
Château La Ganne, a 4-hectare Pomerol estate, with sandy soil and organic practices. Traditional cultivation, horse tillage, and manual harvest maintain terroir. 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and a vibrating table MISTRAL for eco-friendly harvest purification.
Vinification
Long thermo maceration. 1/3 age in new barrel for 12 months. 2/3 in on year old barrel.
