Tasting note
Fragrant, substantial Languedoc red, packed with raspberries and juicy black fruit, perfumed with black pepper and trailing a lovely, leafy backnote.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-sorted and destalked immediately after picking. Long fermentation with constantly monitored temperature control.
Food Match
A good match for grilled meats, sauces and strong cheeses, this wine also works well with duck served with honey.
