Tasting note
Beautiful rose colour with sparkling garnet hues. A refined and delicate nose of red fruits. Highly aromatic, full bodied, the wine opens out in the month with finesse and balance.
Viticulture
Traditional working of the soil. Sustainable agriculture HVE level 3 certified by an independent organization.
Vinification
Fermentation of the clear juice from saignée method. Strict low temperature control. De-stemming in the vineyard immediately after harvest.
