Tasting note
A charming southern French rosé, fresh and delicate on the nose, with pale flowers, strawberries and a touch of earthiness.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-sorted and destalked immediately after picking. Long fermentation with constantly monitored temperature control.

This wine is a good choice to accompany mixed salad, charcuterie and cream sauces also great with omelettes.
