Tasting note
Deep ruby and garnet highlights. Fragrant and floral on the nose, leading with bright red berry notes predominantly strawberry and raspberry - alongside delicate peony aromas and a light dusting of pepper. Soft, well-rounded and smooth. It features a harmonious balance of vibrant fruit, velvety ripe tannins and a clean, fruity finish.
Viticulture
This 12.32-hectare vineyard in Avensan sits on deep gravel soils, ideal for outstanding wines. Each block is managed according to its soil, subsoil and aspect, with every production stage carefully adapted. Terra Vitis sustainable viticulture has been used since 2003, and all grapes are handpicked.
Vinification
Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. 20 days maturing then ageing in vats during 14 months.
