Vinification
The Beach is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan grapes, which are selected from the best vineyards in the appellation of Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. The grapes are picked at night and in the early morning to take advantage of cooler temperatures. The juice is then fermented and aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks
