Tasting note

Pale, ethereal salmon-pink in colour. Fresh and inviting notes of wild strawberries, white peach, subtle redcurrants and delicate floral hints of rose petal alongside citrus zest. Bone dry, medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with vibrant, refreshing acidity. It features a smooth, creamy texture (achieved via lees stirring) with flavours of tart berries, grapefruit and a distinct mineral-driven, stony finish.
