Viticulture
30 to 35-year-old vines. Mid elevation vineyard (2,5 Ha). Clay and limestone soils from the estate. AOC Côtes de Provence.
Vinification
49% fermentation and aging in demi-muids (18% new demi-muids, 24% one-year-old demi-muids, 32% two-year-old demi-muids, 26% three-year-old demi-muids) and 51% fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats. Aged for 7 months.
