Tasting note
Aromas of grapefruit peel, citrussy combined with exotic fruit aromas. A range of flavours on the palate, echoing the aromatic experience on the nose. Luscious, generous, yet elegant and zippy on the palate.
Vinification
Lenz Moser learned to make white wine from red wine grapes in the poor 1996 vintage in Austria, and he has applied this knowledge to the Cabernet fruit of Ningxia. Made by pressing the grapes extremely gently yet quickly (just 10 minutes) to bleed the juice without retaining colour from the skins.
