Tasting note
This wine reveals an original aromatic profile, blending citrus, grapefruit and exotic fruits, with a lovely freshness on the palate. Dry despite a slightly indulgent feel, its balance hovers between tension and generosity.
Vinification
Made by pressing the grapes extremely gently yet quickly (just 10 minutes) to bleed the juice without retaining colour from the skins. Ageing in new French barrique (Nadilie and Vicard) for 12 months and a small proportion blended back with stainless steel.
