Tasting note
Well-structured Bordeaux red, aromatic with coffee and clove, followed by rich notes of spiced plum and blackberry.
Viticulture
From vines aged 35 years on average grown on soil of clay with a limestone base at 42 hl/ha yield.
Vinification
Maceration for a period of three weeks with pumping over in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 12 months in French oak.
