This rare white grape from the island of Ischia, just across from Naples, makes a well-structured white wine with aromas of citrus and sage and a fine core of acidity.

Vinification
Harvested at the end of October, the Biancolella grapes are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Aged fof 4 month on the lees and then for another 4 months in bottle.
