Tasting note
Glowing pink rosé from Pinot Noir, fragrant and appetising, with delicious aromas of wild strawberry, peach and redcurrant.
Vinification
From Pinot Noir grapes grown in Sancerre's warmer sites. Transported to the winery and pressed with limited skin contact to give a lighter style of rosé. Fermented, settled and matured in stainless steel.
Food Match
