Tasting note
Deep violet colour. elegant and complex nose, ripe red and black berry fruits aromas with notes of flowers as violet and lavender, leather and a touch of spices and vanilla. mouthfeel full and rich, sweet tannins and smooth structure. mid palate layers as blackberries and black currant fruit flavours with hints of liquorice notes, vanilla and black pepper.

Angelica vineyard, Maipú, Luján de Cuyo: Lot 18, (920m/3018ft). La Piramide vineyard, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo: Lot 4, (950m/3116ft). Nicasia vineyard, Altamira, San Carlos, Valle de Uco: Lot 1, (1095m/3592ft). Adrianna vineyard, Tupungato, Valle de Uco: Lot 9,(1450m/4757ft). Angélica Sur, San Carlos, Valle de Uco: Lot 6, (1090m/3576ft).
Vinification
Whole berries are hand loaded into small format fermentation bins and 225-500 L barrels; lots from each vineyard are treated individually; fermentation lasts for 10-20 days and a total maceration of 10-22 days; Wild yeasts. Full malolactic fermentation. Aging: 12-18 months. First, second and third use barrels.
