Elegant rosé, bursting with wild strawberries, rhubarb and a tangy squirt of tangerine.
Viticulture
100% Merlot grapes, early harvested in Maremma vineyards.
Vinification
Vinified at 16°C in stainless steel tanks and matured for 3 months on the lees to add body and flavour.
Food Match
Perfect to sip during happy hour but it is also a nice match for a light meals such as salads, crustaceans, seafood and poultry.
