Tasting note
Complex, appealing red left on the lees - the remains of fermentation - for added texture and packed with raspberries and blackberries, with a faint, insistent aroma of spice.
Vinification
CARE is a manifestation of the old Roman word for the region of Carinena, but also the fact that these are the hand made wines of the bodegas receiving extra special attention and care. This particular wine is a blend of 75% Garnacha and 25% Syrah and is aged for three months in oak barrels.

A very pleasing match with Grilled ribs and spicy dishes.
