Tasting note
Clean powerful aromas of ripe red and black fruits with cacao and coffee bean notes. On the palate the wine shows finds spices, toasty hints and mature notes, with a perfectly integrated tannic structure. On the finish the wine is rich, elegant, powerful and fruit driven.
Vinification
CARE is a manifestation of the old Roman word for the region of Carinena, but also the fact that these are the hand made wines of the bodegas receiving extra special attention and care. This textured varietal red has been aged 8 months in oak barels.
Food Match
A great compliment to roast meat or Iberian ham.
